THIS FORM MUST BE COMPLETED AND RECEIVED AT JENSEN PROPERTY MANAGEMENT & LEASING WITHIN 24 HOURS OF YOU RECEIVING THE KEYS TO YOUR RENTAL.

The rental is leased to you in “AS IS” condition. This Tenant Move-In Inspection Form is for you to list pre-exisiting damage so that you are not charged for such after you vacate the property. This is NOT a Maintenance Request Form, submit maintenance requests via your online Tenant Portal.

Go through your rental room by room and list any pre-existing damage in the appropriate box below. Leave fields blank if there is nothing to report.

Before Submitting

Please make sure you’ve inspected each room and have noted any pre-existing damage. If you feel for some reason you have more information than what this form can accommodate, you may submit an email to the office as long as it is received with in the allotted 24 hours time frame.
